This Shipping Policy governs the delivery of products purchased from Beyond lost . We aim to provide a transparent and efficient delivery process for all our customers. By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Domestic Shipping (Sri Lanka)
We categorize our domestic deliveries into three main tiers to ensure timely service across the island.
A. Colombo 1–15 (Standard Delivery)
- Timeline: Deliveries within Colombo 1–15 will typically be completed within 2 to 3 working days.
- Costs: Shipping fees are calculated and applied at the point of checkout based on the selected delivery method.
B. Outstation Deliveries (Outside Colombo 1-15)
- Timeline: Deliveries to locations outside of Colombo 1–15 will be completed within 3 to 5 working days.
- Costs: Shipping charges are determined at checkout based on the delivery destination and package weight.
C. Urgent Priority Delivery (Same-Day)
For customers requiring immediate receipt of their items:
- Method: Urgent orders are facilitated via PickMe Flash.
- Responsibility: The customer is responsible for coordinating the pickup and delivery via the PickMe app.
- Cost: All associated shipping charges for PickMe Flash must be absorbed by the client and paid directly through the service provider. Incarnage is not responsible for the transit safety of items dispatched via third-party priority services.
2. International Shipping & Customs
While we strive to make our products accessible globally, please take note of the following international regulations:
- Duties and Taxes: For orders placed outside of Sri Lanka, the recipient is the "Importer of Record." Beyond Lost is not responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees charged by the destination country. These charges must be borne by the customer upon receipt of the delivery and shipping costs .
- Liability: We are not liable for delays caused by customs clearance processes in the destination country.
- Assistance: Dedicated international shipping assistance and streamlined global logistics are currently under development. Further notices will be issued as these services are formally introduced.
3. General Shipping Terms
- Processing Time: Please note that "Working Days" refer to Monday through Friday and exclude Public, Bank, and Mercantile holidays in Sri Lanka.
- Order Tracking: Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a notification with the relevant tracking details (where applicable).
- Accuracy of Information: Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery addresses and contact numbers. Incarnage is not liable for failed deliveries resulting from incorrect information provided at the time of purchase.
- Lost Packages: In the event of a package being lost in transit by our domestic courier partners, we will initiate an investigation and provide a resolution in accordance with the Consumer Affairs Authority guidelines.
4. Governing Law
This Shipping Policy is governed by the laws of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka.
